The DLR downlight family has become firmly established in the professional lighting market. Both in new installations and especially in the area of energy-efficient renovation, many thousands of light heads in combination with an intelligent power supply matrix in ceiling cutouts between 68 and 300 mm now ensure efficient lighting with a high level of visual comfort.
Therefore, the next step is the logical consequence: DLR Downlights “Black Edition”.
Embedded in a matt black frame, new design options now open up:
The accentuation in combination with white ceilings.
A perfect adaptation to ceilings made of wood, metal structures or individual colors.
The design combination of basic lighting in black with accent lighting through black spotlights “from a single source”.
The optical unit consisting of LED board and diffuser corresponds to the white versions and can be operated with the same power supplies of the existing converter matrix in switchable or wired as well as wireless control in protection class IP54 below the ceiling.
In the case of energy-efficient renovation, the DLR Black Edition can also accommodate all ceiling cutouts between 68 and 300 mm. If there are diameters between the standard sizes or edges that have become frayed over time (e.g. from plasterboard), this is not a problem! With the well-known white reducing rings, these challenges can also be solved quickly and without tools.
