Piergiorgio Cazzaniga

Piergiorgio Cazzaniga is a highly esteemed Italian designer with extensive experience in the industrial production of furniture. He worked with BOFFI Cucine in the 1960s, and in 1971, he co-founded the Bruttura, Massoni, Pellizza studio, later known as A&D studio. In the 1990s, he established his own studio, Piergiorgio Cazzaniga Design, in Lombardy.

Since 2008, Cazzaniga has collaborated with Andreu World, creating award-winning seating and table designs, including Flex, Sail, Lake, Liceo, and Reverse. Known for his ingenuity and complex craftsmanship, his work is infused with emotion, intelligence, and practicality. Cazzaniga’s unique approach involves thorough material investigation and the exploration of new technologies, making him a singular figure in seat design.
